Sweet Sounds December 8, 2008
Our Christmas tree is up. The house is decorated. All the lights, but one is off in the house. Everything is silent except for my typing. There is noise outside. The man across the street is using his tractor to clean our roads and remove ice. He`s a nice man!
I can`t believe it is 7 am and the girls aren`t up yet. Maybe something is wrogn…maybe I am too happy to check! I love the peace and quiet so much, especially since it is so rate in this house.
Last night I ran a bath. E was in bed. H was up with S. He was tickling her and she had uncomtrolable giggles. There were sweet sounds in the house. I love those sounds. I wish I heard them more than the screaming and whinning. I know it will come in time. It just feels like time is standing still some days….and not really flying by.
